Explaining nanOXill
nanOXill is an innovative sanitation system developed for medical and hospital environments, small industry contexts, hotel and catering structures, transport sector, commercial sectors in general and home contexts. nanOXill aims to contain contaminants spreading (microbes, viruses and fungi) in any highly frequented facilities, protecting the health and safety of operators, customers and visitors. nanOXill is based on the cold generation of an ultra-fine mist or aerosol (dry fog) that remains suspended in the treated environment for a long time. This particular physical state of the cleaning agent allows to sanitize both the air and the surfaces in a very effective way. The ultra-fine mist is able to settle in a very uniform manner on all the surfaces of the treated environment with a thin film that does not wet them while attacking and destroying contaminants. Therefore, the nanOXill system is compatible with environments that host fine furniture, electronic devices and systems, electro-medical systems, fabrics, paper documents, food equipment and other items that suffer humidity

The device
nanOXill is a dry fog atomizer/nebulizer produced by Zoeen Srl capable of creating microscopic dispersions of sanitizing liquids that can remain in air suspension for a defined period of time, depositing homogeneously on objects and surfaces. This extra fine mist of selected substances allows the effective sanitation of the air and surfaces in a short time, reducing the presence of contaminants without creating excessive humidity in the air. This type of product dispensing does not wet the surfaces and objects in the treated environment and allows significant product savings compared to other nebulizers that do not produce dry fog aerosol but just a mist with bigger droplets.
The sanitizing products
The nanOXill atomizer device is compatible with various sanitizing substances based on two different active ingredients that are very effective on a wide spectrum of contaminants which are hydrogen peroxide and sodium hypochlorite.
The nanOXill system involves the use of different water solutions that have been developed to be effective, essentially odorless and safe for humans and animals when used according to the requirements of the method of use. For the nanOXill system it is necessary to use the solutions provided by the manufacturer according to the suggested methods of use.
The choice of the most suitable product depends on the environment to be treated, the type of service required and the training of the operator.
Effectiveness tests are currently underway for additional solutions with active ingredients specifically developed for the hospital environment.

- personalized certification of the effectiveness of the treatment based on advanced biological measurements performed in-situ.
- training for professional operators for the use of advanced disinfection systemsmonitoring of contaminants (viruses, fungi and bacteria) through periodic sampling of surfaces and objects with methods certified according to ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14698: 1-2: 2004.
