Nanoxill

The nanOXill device has been designed, developed and engineered for an effective and rapid treatment of environments with dimensions between 25 and 1000 cubic meters. The treatment time depends on the volume of the environment to be sanitized and the active ingredient used. Although the machine provides for the calculation of the suggested treatment time following the insertion of the requested information, the operator can independently specify the required treatment time based on specific variants of the environment to be treated such as any irregular development of volumes, the presence of forced ventilation and air treatment systems that could reduce the effectiveness of the treatment.

The identified environment sanitation session takes place with the following prescriptions and indications:

  • absence of people and animals in the treated environment during the product dispensing and during a decay period indicated by the device;
  • absence of large openings in the environment being treated (closed environment recommended even if not sealed);
  • absence or non-activity of forced ventilation systems, air treatment or air conditioning during the sanitizing treatment.

The rooms subjected to sanitizing treatment are fully compatible with the presence of people and animals when the decay phase of the substance used is completed. The device indicates when it is possible to enter the room after a completed treatment with both a sound and a light signal. Some models also allow room signaling accessible on mobile devices indicated by the operator through an appropriate application. As the treatment is completed, it is recommended to ventilate the treated rooms.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Nanoxill

The device houses custom consumable bottles that are recognized and tracked by the device to increase the safety of the procedures and to ensure the traceability of treatments over time in order to allow the release of certificates of effectiveness of the abatement of contaminants.

The housing of the bottle and the hydraulic circuit inside the device allow to avoid exposure to the air of the treatment solutions even after the first treatment, guaranteeing the full preservation of the effectiveness of the product over time and avoiding the involuntary dispersion of the product in environment. It is not mandatory to remove a partially filled bottle from the housing when transporting the device.

The device is compatible with two different containers of the chosen consumable which are respectively 1L and 2L. Both bottles can be easily inserted into their housing and are made of a recyclable product compatible with the substances contained. The bottles are dark in color in order to reduce the exposure of the products to solar/light radiation by reducing the degradation of the active ingredients over time.

The dispenser of the nanOXill device can generate a fine mist (dry fog) of the product that remains suspended for a long time in the environment ensuring a sanitizing action on the air and surfaces where it is homogeneously deposited. The decay of this dispersion of the treatment solutions takes place in defined times that allow the treatment to be concluded quickly, allowing full use of the sanitized spaces. The fine mist particles have microscopic dimensions that allow them not to be subjected to coalescence and not to aggregate in drops that can wet the surfaces. The nanOXill device, when used according to the manufacturer’s instructions, is therefore fully compatible with environments containing electronic devices, medical devices and objects that are sensitive to liquid product deposition.

The nanOXill device can be purchased in different configurations, some of which are equipped with various connection modes to interface with external sensors that allow to perform a fully monitored treatment. The connectivity of the system allows the communication of treatment data, if requested by the user, to a control portal that monitors sanitation activities and allows the issue of a documentation to certify that the treatment has taken place by specifying its various parameters. The portal works fully anonymously and in compliance with regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 (GDPR).
